If you like to have a cocktail occasionally, keep your money at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your pocketbook, your money belt, and keep all money, plastic credit and checkbooks out of the casino. Pack whatever money you intend to spend on alcohol, tipping and few dollars you intend to burn and leave the remainder behind.

Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You might have a profit after a boozy night out with your friends and be lucky enough to hit a marathon toss at a smokin craps table. Keep that story seeing that it’s as brief as it gets if you continually drink alcohol and gamble. The pair simply don’t mix.

Keeping your money at home is a little drastic, but precautionary measures for drastic behavior is a requirement. If you wager to profit, then do not drink and bet. If you like to be wasteful with your assets nary a concern, then drink all the no charge beer you can handle, but don’t carry charge cards and cheques to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your inebriated brain loses all the cash!

Permit me to take this one step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then head on the internet to bet in your preferred casino either. I enjoy a drink from the coziness of my domicile, however considering that I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards at my fingertips, I can not drink and gamble.

Why? Despite the fact that I do not drink to excess, when I drink, it’s absolutely adequate to blur my better judgment. I wager, so I don’t consume alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble at the same time. Both create a decimating, and expensive, drink.
